- Discount codes are applicable only to bagged coffee, excluding other items such as coffee packs, starter packs, gifts, filters, and non-coffee products.
- The validity of discount codes is as stated in our newsletter. Specific codes, like “NEWBEANIE,” are reserved for first-time buyers.
Delivery Procedures:
- We will dispatch your order to the provided address, which must match the details on your card statement.
- Delivery requires a signature; items will not be left unattended.
- While we aim for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays, for which we will provide notification and resolution.

Returns and Refunds:
- EU customers have 14 working days to return items for a refund, excluding custom-made, personalized, or perishable goods.
