  • We will charge your card upon receiving your order, unless the items cannot be shipped within 30 days. In such cases, we may charge you up to 7 days before dispatch.
  • Failure to process payment upon delivery may result in order cancellation or suspension.
  • While we strive to maintain the security of your information, we cannot be held responsible for unauthorized access.

Discounts and Offers:

  • Discount codes are applicable only to bagged coffee, excluding other items such as coffee packs, starter packs, gifts, filters, and non-coffee products.
  • The validity of discount codes is as stated in our newsletter. Specific codes, like “NEWBEANIE,” are reserved for first-time buyers.

Delivery Procedures:

  • We will dispatch your order to the provided address, which must match the details on your card statement.
  • Delivery requires a signature; items will not be left unattended.
  • While we aim for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays, for which we will provide notification and resolution.


  • Once delivered and paid for, the responsibility transfers to you.
  • Any discrepancies or damages must be reported promptly for resolution.

Returns and Refunds:

  • EU customers have 14 working days to return items for a refund, excluding custom-made, personalized, or perishable goods.
  • Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded upon return.

Pricing and Warranty:

  • Prices are as displayed on the website, and any errors will be corrected before processing.
  • Manufacturer warranties cover all products unless otherwise stated.
